    Can you guys help me out?

    I eat breakfast and lunch every day and snacks, but between like 10 and 2 I'm too busy at college to rarely eat and always miss lunch.

    I'm worried this will effect my weight gain etc, what snacks/easy edible things do you reccommend, high in energy,calories, protein and carbs?

    My healthy eating was under 1500 calories today

    Scrambled eggs for breakfast
    Chargrilled chicken, bacon Caesar pasta with mayo for lunch
    Chicken breast, spaghetti carbonara, carrots and courgette for tea
    Only snack I've had today is one banana too

    Sweet Chris, been ahving like 2 pints of whole milk a day brah, pure shit!

    Guys, I have takena picture of myself with just tight boxers on to track progress.

    I am currently above average skinny kunt and want to get to muscle definition, abs, biceps and some definitive v-lines present for holiday etc, nothing too mad for now. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and do cardio 3 times a week too.

    What brotein shake is the best for me?

    I need to gain weight too brahs Smile

    Well I think you're wrong, there aren't many better looking guys. His body is very well proportioned for mainstream attractiveness. You might get niche phaggy looking guys like the one you posted above that you think look better, but at the end of the day they are niche and don't have mass appeal.

    Routine has been done, got my mate who is pretty much a personal trainer to give me one.

    4 sessions rotated. Good point he made to not concentrate on the arms cos they get gone with lots of other exercises anyway so that's some cool shit.
