Just thought I'd share that with you.

Not sure why you are trying to eat healthy if in your words you are "a skinny kunt". Right now you should be eating whatever the fuck you want, within reason of course, to put some weight on and increase your calorie intake. Anything with a good amount of protein will do. Obviously you can eat healthy during the process but it shouldn't be paramount, should be more of an afterthought.

I don't know how your metabolism works or any other personal information but most skinny guys I know from school who are now big motherfuckers did it that way. I did the same and also used a weight gain protein shake, when from 10 stone to 12 in 2-3 months if I remember correctly, I didn't record myself or take pictures so I can't remember for certain. I don't think it was 3 months though, few months maybe? I dunno, point is that it wasn't very long. Starting cutting, doing more cardio and using the lean muscle protein shakes so I'm down to 11 stone now.

Was at the gym and when i went to use a bench, there was a dude using it to do rows.

He was standing on top of the bench and doing bent rows.

gym was empty, there was like 9 people and we were all staring at him.

You mean with a barbell? That's pretty weird.

Sometimes I do it on a bench with a dumbbell and one knee up, maybe he misunderstood some instruction involving that.

My dad has used all my protein shakes and he doesn't even lift Neutral

When he goes to the gym all he does is cardio Neutral

I don't think he realises how expensive they actually are

Standing on something means further range of motion because the weights won't hit the floor. Must be a kunt to take up a bench press unless there are more than one mind. Arnie used a lump of wood..

I go on a 15 minute jog and burn around 200 calories a time, it's a brilliant way but just be careful you don't lose too much bodily fluids, you cna drink water but eat food because you lose the salts and othr nutrients your body has sweated out.

I am about to construct a gym plan mfs, shall I buy either weight gainer/protein shakes or both? (I am skinny kunts)

Oh, and I'm a sucker for takeaways, is one a week okay or not?

They do feel nice, the thing I forget to do is pace myself, so I end up doing 6 minute miles, but then once I break the wall I feel like a boss and my mind just carries my legs.

Crump, do you know any home exercises to strengthen pectoral muscles apart from push-ups.

My doctor said it's impossible for me to do push-ups due to how badly my arm was broken the other year. I'm not strong enough to do it with one arm also.

I'm not good with this, but from the gym qualification I got I might no a couple of bits... shifty

I'm not sure if this will work but if you lay on a firm surface and get something heavy such as weights or an encylopedia and push it from your chest to the air? I think that is arms though think

I would google chest exercises and you could find some really good ones.

Do you guys reccommend running to and from the gym? Seems nothing wrong with it if I'll be sitting down mainly when doing exercises.

It was back day, just did it quickly with hardly any rest. I haven't eaten much today, so I think that's the main reason.

Virtually all of my workouts are alone, only do it with friends in summer really.

I like to work peaceful and alone, once I learn I think I'd be happier alone.

Listening to my music, have some peaceful time, work at my own rate and just not get distracted and shit.
