    Will do boss.

My weights do say 10kg overall, but it feels significantly heavier than the ones in the gym. Wish I could just measure it now.

Never personally used them but I hear they're good for increasing the difficulty in parts of lifts where you'd want more resistance and less in others, if that makes sense.

    I don't know, possibly.

I've used electric pad stuff before after a workout to aid recovery, but never to actually get muscle.

Hit chest and bi's tonight. Been doing a strength training technique from Schwarzenegger's bodybuilding enyclopedia. Basically you do 7 sets in bench press and incline bench press. (aswell as your other exercises) It goes like this..

    Spoiler:
It's no surprise it works though, Arnie was a powerlifter in his early days known as "The Austrian Oak".

Been gym tonight. My arms are beginning to get past the pain barrier. I'm only using the resistant machines for 2 weeks or so, just while I get past the pain. Then I'll start using normal weights

If you're feeling pain whilst working out maybe you should decrease the weight.

My brother was telling me about people at his uni's gym taking up benches to do bicep curls. Clearly don't lift the kernts. All the scrawny fuckers trying to wear power lifting belts as well.

I used to find it hard to eat alot mainly because cooking every 3 hours was annoying. Lately i've been cooking 500-600g of chicken breast after work every day with a sauce (like spanish chicken or a curry, whatever). Then throughout the evening I eat it all in 3 portions full of brotein, it's superb.

Barely anybody could get like Arnie, you need Hercules genetics. He had insanely wide shoulders.

Don't think that guy looks particularly good there, might look better without a pump and bronzed and stuff though.

Unless you're gonna compete, that is way too much imo.

They do a shit load of tan/fake tan before a competition. He's probably oiled up too, combination of those.

The amount of tan has got ridiculous really, it's almost like the white guys are just in full body blackface. Laughing

That guy is from the early 80's when they got a tan from laying on venice beach outside Gold's gym. He's just oiled up. Today they smother themselves in shitty spray stuff and look disgusting.

Jack that guy looks amazing there, probably what Zyzz would have looked like after a few more bicycles.

Well I don't think girls in general would prefer that to where Zyzz died at. I'm only training for looks so to go further than looks good seems pointless.
