I cringe every time I hear Man United fans saying that they want to sign Forlan. They forget he is getting older and older, along with just having an awful season. I think many people started to overrate him after his performances at the World Cup.

Wouldn't mind Forlan if we could get a loan/short term contract, but knowing us we'd give him £120k a week for 5 years

At least there would be no travel costs for Comolli and Forlán. Atlético fans would pay them if it meant getting rid of Forlán.

Anything over 60k a week for him would probably be too much now.
