I'll reword it since you seem to be really struggling. Memorials/ceremonies are times of reflection, you're saying that the outpouring of emotion yesterday during reflection of the day's immediate events usurp the emotions that would arise when you reflect on an attack on your entire way of life and the murder of 3000 innocent fellow countrymen even if it was 14 years ago? Lol.
You are trying very hard to be deep and "connected" with this event when you have nothing to do with it. Your comment about "1 life or 100 lives" effectively puts Hillsborough on par with the fucking Holocaust. "edgy" teenage philosophy at it's best.
Only agenda here is your feigned one. I don't care if you believe me or not but I'd feel the same way if our fans acted like this.
No, I'm not saying that at all. You're the one who seems to be struggling. You're the one who said it appears as if the Liverpool fans care more about Hillsborough, than Americans care about 9/11. I pointed out that that was an exaggeration and that yesterday's "sing along" or whatever you want to call it, was a reaction to a heavy weight being lifted after 27 years. It was a celebration of sorts. A release. Just because it was more animated, that doesn't mean the Liverpool fans' emotions surpass the emotions of the Americans on the 9/11 anniversay ceremonies, which is what you implied.
You're putting too much stock into my "1 or 100" comment. I was saying that it wouldn't matter how many people died at Hillsborough, the emotions and feelings towards the events (the lies, police cover-up) etc would be the same, regardless.
Again, I am not trying too hard to be anything. You're full of pathetic accusations. I am not being deep, nor connected. I don't personally feel any pull towards the Hillsborough event, nor any genuine sadness, if I am honest. I just disagree with the shit that you're coming out with and I disagree that any real blame can be put on Liverpool fans and I'm glad they've been exonerated, as it makes all the agenda driven, "The Sun was right" chanting knobhead look like utter cunts.
