I take back what I said in the other thread. Anyone who expresses support for Gerrard should be incarcerated.

Not to encourage you, Chip, but Borini scored a beauty.

BRodge putting in the extra hours and turning it around.ResurrectionRooney wrote:“I must have just dreamt that about Liverpool playing 3-4-3 in the last game [the Capital One Cup victory at Bournemouth]. What do people think that was, a bit of luck? A British coach playing 3-4-3? A foreign coach doing that would be a tactical genius. I imagine people think I fell into that system through a stroke of luck or something. Not that I might have been awake into the early hours of the morning thinking of a solution to our problem.

Can is superb. I will be having a very harsh word with my sources who claimed he was abysmal.

Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
hi, i'm back from my holiday . I know you have been missing my match reviews
Good win . Villa only trouble for 15mins. Skrtel top.
I enjoyed watching Can at the back and Lazar is growing on me; tidy little player .
How have the performances been in the past couple of weeks?

I haven't been blown away or anything (Swansea aside) but the new formation seems to be improving performances and results and having a mobile, hard-working lone forward makes us infinitely more watchable. Coutinho and Can have been the standout performers.

Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
Fabio Borini has been phenomenal in the last two matches
A goal and an assist
He truly is shaping up to be our new star forward, much like I predicted he would

Chelsea are such shithouses. Just look at this:
If they actually played properly, they could probably smash us 4-0. It's so pathetic.
Also, can't believe we haven't had Sturridge since August. That's shocking. Jesus Christ.

If you want a real, genuine reason why I've hardly been posting these days, apart from us being shit, well, there's this girl I've been talking to for about 4 months now and as beta as it sounds, she's gotten most of my attention.
K bye.

Definitely cementing himself as the new Gerrard, just hand him the armband already.

How early was the first one, 5 minutes in? So pointless. He and Mourinho were a match made in heaven.Ra's al Ghul wrote:Can't believe Diego Costa keeps getting away with this shit. Disgusting player.

Jamie Redknapp is allegedly the mystery pundit. Either way, Mourinho is looking a bit silly.

Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
He looks batshit insane, rambling on about campaigns carried out by managers, referees and now pundits for God's sake. The stress is really getting to him. Understandably so too, his team seems really fragile for one previously touted as an all-conquering juggernaut. They got quite fortunate tonight but they were at serious risk of exiting the second competition in a week. A loss against City and their season could start falling apart.
