When they do,the low position of Scottish football in the co-efs will affect them if they plan on getting back into Europe.

How could we start again? We were 1) demoted three divisions as 2) our holding company went into administration (soon to be liquidated). stewart rHegan has already said we could be fast-tracked into division 1 next season because of revenue loss to the spl. The spl currently owe all of their teams another 75% of their tv money (the first instalment). They have only given you 25% of your first instalment as they can't afford to pay it all. Not to worry though, they'll just take more of out money by fining Charles Green & Ally McCoist.
“The debts were outstanding from the time the Club went into administration.”
Charles Green

2)buying the assets and club from the holding company (which is in administration). It is Newco Rangers (New Company Rangers) i.e. the Holding company that owns Rangers has changed.
3) Not NewClub Rangers.
4) The club was in administration along with the separate entity (the holding company). The club was saved from liquidation as Charles Green purchased the club and its assets, transferring them to the new holding company. The old holding company still remains in administration and will be liquidated. The old holding company now, holds nothing. As it (assets/club) was bought/transferred to the new holding company.
5) A club is not a company.

I can't believe I'm still having to educate you lot.
I guess I'll have to wait until BDO get their pens out and it becomes official.
Malcolm Cohen and James Stephen from financial company BDO have been appointed as Joint Liquidators.
"It's important to understand that the appointment of liquidators will not mean the end of football at Ibrox - only the end of the company that ran the club," said Cohen.

Again, proving my point ... a club is not a company and they're 2 separate entities.

I've already addressed that Jela.
It's a clever use of words as well. It is the end of the Company that ran the Club. The Company that ran the Club, is the Club.
If Club and Company are seperate entities, then surely you can provide some documentary evidence to support this, other than a quote from BDO?
Please please please show that Club and company are a different entity. Really, please?
This is a petition for judicial review by the Rangers Football Club plc, a company presently in administration. That company presently operates Rangers Football Club

We want back into the SPHeLl? Don't think so, the fans and Charles Green have been having meetings so that we don't move back into the top flight until it is decimated in terms of teams going bust etc. Aberdeen are already fucked and many other teams have major problems. You knock us down, we'll stand back up and knock you out ... for good. WATP, No Surrender!
No one likes us, we don't care.
