Why is that good? Surely nobody's that bitter...

And our Champions League campaign should give us a couple of extra points, which is fantastic considering we never expected to be there this season.

Yeah, I don't really understand that. Rangers are still in the Scottish football league system, and for all their hatred of the SPL, they'll be wanting to get back into it. When they do,the low position of Scottish football in the co-efs will affect them if they plan on getting back into Europe.

We want back into the SPHeLl? Don't think so, the fans and Charles Green have been having meetings so that we don't move back into the top flight until it is decimated in terms of teams going bust etc. Aberdeen are already fucked and many other teams have major problems. You knock us down, we'll stand back up and knock you out ... for good. WATP, No Surrender!

Knocked themselves down by cheating for years. Maybe Rangers should have started again in the English league if they harbour so much hatred towards Scottish football.

Hatred? You brought it on yourself.

How could we start again? We were demoted three divisions as our holding company went into administration (soon to be liquidated). stewart rHegan has already said we could be fast-tracked into division 1 next season because of revenue loss to the spl. The spl currently owe all of their teams another 75% of their tv money (the first instalment). They have only given you 25% of your first instalment as they can't afford to pay it all. Not to worry though, they'll just take more of out money by fining Charles Green & Ally McCoist. Smile

Either you are genuinely unaware that you're wrong, or you're doing it on purpose to provoke a reaction. Which is it?

    1) You were not demoted, or relegated, or anything which makes it sound as if you are the same Club. You were liquidated, and as a new club you had to apply to join a league. When your application to join the SPL was rejected, you successfully applied to join the 4th tier of Scottish football. You were not demoted or relegated from the SPL.

    2) The Club went into administration, and subsequently is due to be liquidated. Not the holding company.

“The debts were outstanding from the time the Club went into administration.”

    3) Not NewClub Rangers.

    4) The club was in administration along with the separate entity (the holding company). The club was saved from liquidation as Charles Green purchased the club and its assets, transferring them to the new holding company. The old holding company still remains in administration and will be liquidated. The old holding company now, holds nothing. As it (assets/club) was bought/transferred to the new holding company.

    5) A club is not a company.

    This is complete nonsense.

1)Charles Greens consortium, Sevco Scotland, bought the assets of the Club, STILL in administration. See Companies House website

Official Rangers FC Thread - Page 13 2f22e100b26129eafe7d171c4a1398e0

    2) Charles Green did buy the assets from the Club, but he did not buy the Club. His consortium, Sevco Scotland, purchased the assets of the Club for £5.5m.

Club and Company are the same.

    3) It is referred to as Newco Rangers as Club and Company are the same. Rangers Football Club Plc (I've highlighted the 'C' so maybe you can guess what that letter stands for after claiming the Club isn't a company. The Club IS a company!
Contrary to what you said, a Club cannot operate if it isn't a Company. Remember I told you how the Club incorporated as a Company. They are one and the same. (See the picture below for confirmation of this)

    4) I don't even know where to start with that.

The Club was in administration, not the holding company. If you don't believe me, go and find me the registration numbers for both Club and holding company.

    5) Again, yes it is. The Club was incorporated as a company.

I've no idea, I tried to edit it (add a capital letter) and somehow deleted it.

And the club is now out of administration as Charles Green's consortium took over
buying the assets and club from the holding company (which is in administration). It is Newco Rangers (New Company Rangers) i.e. the Holding company that owns Rangers has changed.

    Not NewClub Rangers.

A club is not a company.

Copied it from your post and took out the numbers.

Yep, didn't need you to post it again as it's already there in my rebuttal. Just to reiterate this, you need to understand a Club IS a company.

If you do want to reply, then show me if the Club was indeed seperate from the company, where is the documentary evidence for this? For we can rest assured, if this existed, it would have been published everywhere.

And I don't want to see anything about a HOLDING COMPANY. The holding company had nothing to do with it.

Rangers holding company was The Rangers FC Group Ltd, formerly known as Wavetower. Despite your claims of it being in administration, it is not.

As you can see here, contrary to your claims. It is NOT in administration.

A quick look at Companies House dispells this

The following STV story, both confirms that The Rangers FC Group Ltd, formerly known as Wavetower, was infact the holding company of Rangers, and is not in administration. It does however face being striken off

Malcolm Cohen and James Stephen from financial company BDO have been appointed as Joint Liquidators.

"It's important to understand that the appointment of liquidators will not mean the end of football at Ibrox - only the end of the company that ran the club," said Cohen.

Again, proving my point ... a club is not a company and they're 2 separate entities.

    I've already addressed that Jela.

It's worded perfectly for you. It is the end of the company that ran the Club. But the company that ran the Club, is the Club.

If Club and Company are seperate entities, then surely you can provide some documentary evidence to support this, other than a quote from BDO?

Please please please show that Club and company are a different entity. Really, please?

    From an official legal document:

    http://www.scotcourts.gov.uk/opinions/2012CSOH%2095.html

This is a petition for judicial review by the Rangers Football Club plc, a company presently in administration. That company presently operates Rangers Football Club

The company does operate Rangers Football Club

Rangers Football Club Plc was the Company AND the Club, as I've previously shown.

I want to see which company you are referring to, show me it on companies house. If Club and company are seperate entities they will have seperate registration numbers.
