Rangers (1872) membership went to Dundee. The temporary one you were given for the Brechin game has become a full membership. So if you are saying that by transferring Rangers 1872 membership to the newco (which hasn't even happened) that means you keep your history then Dundee have been given Rangers history

The history isn't held in the membership, it's held by the club. I was talking about being granted a membership, it could have been rejected.

Rangers holding company was The Rangers FC Group Limited, formerly known as Wavetower. That wasn't liquidated

What was liquidated was the Club and Company The Rangers Football Club Plc

This was the Club and Company, not the holding company

Rangers 2012 PLC is the company which will be liquidated.

It was changed to RFC 2012 PLC a couple of days ago, from The Rangers Football Club Plc in order to free up the name to use on the new club

BDO yet to liquidate it, the fact remains the club you have now is a completely different one, check out the Date of Incorporation

Yes, the holding company was formed in 2012, the club was formed in 1872. Correct.

RFC 2012 PLC (formerly known as The Rangers Football Club PLC), incorporated in 1899, is not a holding company. This is the "Company" and "Club" incorporated in 1899.
