There's hardly any internationals in L1/2 as far as I'm aware, so it's not much of an issue.

Re: npower Football League 2011/2012
We had to have a game postponed once cause we had too many international players away. May have been against Swindon.

Weather130 wrote:So I wonder how many football league teams will have to deal with squad issues during this international break? I believe a decent amount of players of tiny island nations (CONCACAF) play in the football league and below. I think some Asian players are in the same situation. So my most curious question would be which team loses the most players for this weekend?
We are very much affected by the internationals. We have 2 goalkeepers; one is unjured and the other is a Wales U21 international meaning we have been left with no goalkeeper for this weekend and our coach is going in goal.
Also our captain is representing his country meaning we are being left with a match squad of 14.

Forget whatever you are doing for lunch and tune in to Sky Sports HD2 (or just plain SD 2) and watch the REAL and ORIGINAL Red Devils in action without anyone kicking out needlessly.

Cheltenham have drawn Barnet at home in the JPT in the area quarter finals.
The best draw we could have got at this stage, and it gives us a real chance of further progression

Re: npower Football League 2011/2012
We were fucking brilliant today. The score line doesn't do us justice as we had two goals disallowed for offside, and pretty much controlled the whole game. Says a lot about us when Duffy, Lowe, Hooman, Andrew and Goulding can't get into the team. Marlon Pack, Sido Jombati, Luke Garbutt and James Spencer were all fantastic. Pack has way too much ability for this league and in my opinion looks better then Grant McCann when he was with us.
Great result and fabulous football today. Can't ask for anymore although a third goal would have been nice
-
Also, the 'Ereford game should be a good watch on the FL show tonight.

Re: npower Football League 2011/2012
Every player on that pitch was class today Amoo and Bishop link up play was quality and Jones and Worrall beat their defenders for fun i would also like to keep Carson our on loan keeper for the rest of the season.
On to Orient now where we could go up to 8 points ahead of the relegation zone.

I got my replacement hard drive on Monday.......but that was broken too ........
Had to call them up and tell them to sort it out .....will hopefully have another replacement on Monday.
We just bought a laptop so I'm ok for the internet now........
I thought Watford were playing today...... 'd when I found out we're not due to International break

Next 2 games are away at Burton Albion and Accrington Stanley. Bit of a pain in the arse that both these games are on a friday night! Surely it would be more convenient for our supporters to have the games on a saturday?

Gillingham were shite again today, fans calling for Hessenthalers head. 201 Port Vale fans though, thought that was quite decent.

Re: npower Football League 2011/2012
Our 20 year old centre midfielder Marlon Pack recieved a 9/10 rating in the The Mirrors League 2 Team of the Day.
It won't be long before this guy is playing in the Championship. He has everything - strong tackler, good control and has the ability to play 50 yard passes all day long. The only reason we got him is that Steve Cotterill recommended to him that he seeked out a career at Cheltenham in order to get first team football. Pack's performance on Saturday was the best individual performance that I have seen since when Mackail Smith tore us apart in 2008 for Peterborough.

I should have known better then to bet on Cheltenham beating Hereford
Good luck against County by the way. Hate Allen with a passion.
