Calm down dear.Jamie wrote:Chris wrote:I didn't defend Adam's defensive work. Nice one.
Why are you comparing the defensive work of your midfield three to our midfield two? Adam has a defensively responsibility as well as Lucas and he didn't pull his weight. He didn't track back, he couldn't tackle for shit and he didn't press.
Lucas was poor too but I don't know why he's the one getting all the stick.
Don't tell me Lucas has the same role as Adam either cause Adam is there to create play and Lucas is there to do his limited role.
Lucas isn't a holding midfielder.
A midfielder in a midfield two has more responsibility than one in a midfield three.
1 question: Why the fuck are you defending Adam's defensive work when you didn't watch the game? You're embarrassing yourself.
Im not embarrassed at all you ugly cunt.
What a clueless man you are.

You were right when you said you'd think he'd be a starter for us, I genuinely thought he'd be an impact player for us, on the fringes of being a starter but not automatic. I was dissapointed when I saw the teamsheet as I wanted Raul alongside Lucas but I was happy with his performance, he played very good. Was one of our best players actually.
He didn't do too bad defensively too.... he was making successful tackles and tracked back from what I saw. Really thought he stuck with his defensive duties.

I agree he was one of our better players overall but his defensive work wasn't good at all. 2nd half especially, most likely due to stamina issues. Should've been quicker to close down the cross for the equaliser too.

You know who's improved their defensive side last season?
I know, that's actually a picture of Ivanovic blocking his shot but my point remains.

I am undecided about Enrique having two names on the back of his jersey.
In fact, I think I am against it.
Should just rock "Enrique"

Oh my God, just watching the game now. I can't believe they called off Carroll's goal. Hardly a touch in it

I actually did fall asleep in the 2nd
from what I saw I liked the look of Downing, Flano didn't have a good game.

Hmm.
Shame he's a bit of a mong. Any positivity is outweighed by his poor previous articles.
Adam has good tackling ability? Yeah, okay Henry.

Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
I just watched the first half.
I thought Carroll played well. He wasn't a huge goal threat but he did well hustling back and his touches were good.
Henderson was quiet.
Enrique was class. We have ourselves a left back.
I thought Adam was good.
Suarez is seriously going to terrorize every single team. He's maybe the best player in the league.
Downing looked dangerous all game.
Kelly should start over Flanagan, dunno what that was about?
Edit: Oh El showed up, it must be out lucky day

No I honestly can't believe it, thought he would last for a bit after the Valencia game.
The guys class, I would have him in for Enrique.
