They are signings obviously but not the quality ones we would have hoped for. Just potentially class players.

Didn't Bellerin say it was real? But he made a spelling mistake when he first advertised it.

Yeah, I figure he can try to return to his Euro 08 form that made him a overrated star. It's better than putting Rosicky in the middle.
blackskar wrote:AriseForLife wrote:Now is as good a time as any to move Arshavin to his favorite position in the middle.
I'm all for giving him a run in his 'preferred' position if he can make up the numbers that Cesc/Nasri leaving will bring in assists and goals.
Well he can be any worse than anyone else we will put there. On his day he has the skill to bring the qualities of both, but him doing it is another thing.

Surprised to hear that coming from you
Lol, people think I hate Arshavin, but I don't. I think he s a bum, but he does have talent and since we aren't going to sell him I might as well hope e brings hs best for the club.

Why do you want him to stay so bad? Surely you can't be in denial this bad about him leaving!

Re: Official Arsenal FC Thread
Worst case scenario, I am hoping Arsene leaves it late like he did with Andrei and pulls off a couple deadline day deals. At this point I am still holding on for Per, possibly Juan Mata, and Nasri to re-sign and stay.

Re: Official Arsenal FC Thread
I think moving Arshavin to a more central role would be great, he's best playing there because no way will he drift out of games. Or we can play 2 upfront.
Even without Cesc and Nasri we have a talented starting 11, but that means we have no depth, we need to re-enforcements to sure up our squad and add some competition.

Don't want another top class player to leave the Premier League, it's my league, the players I watch most, I will still watch him at Barca but it wont be the same.AriseForLife wrote:kyro7 wrote:Fake shit, Cesc is staying!

I'm just hopeful he'll stay, and for Nasri, I do not want him at City.
