They are signings obviously but not the quality ones we would have hoped for. Just potentially class players.

Cesc is too good at splitting a team open, can just make a pass perfectly weighted, Wilshere has nowhere near that ability imo, and never will, but he moves around the pitch better and will still be amazing.
