Exactly, they didn't make an attempt to buy him until he was better than Pedro.Eriksen wrote:Theo Filippo wrote:Barcelona would of made a better attempt to buy Suarez surely if he is better than Pedro

Nah, you and other Liverpool fans were just being delusional and he ended up getting insanely better - just a coincidence.Scott_LFC wrote:Some of us (the non trolls) could see that he was special, even from the beginning.

Sure.
Suarez was easily better than Pedro, even in his first season at Liverpool. You could tell how good he way just by watching him play, dribbling past players as if they weren't even there, constantly nutmegging players, destroying the entire Man United defense in one dribble, etc.
Unfortunatly, Dalglish was the manager and didn't utilize him properly. As soon as Rodgers came in, Suarez suddenly clicked. Now, that's not a coincidence.

Re: Pedro or Luis Suarez?
We can see that by the nonsense you mongoloids used to spout about Torres and Carroll. Oh well regardless of how 'right' you guys ended up being about him he's fucked off now.

Torres was great for Liverpool, what are you talking about?
Not many people hyped up Carroll, to be fair. In fact, within a few games, pretty much everyone hated him.
Edited my above post, btw.

Re: Pedro or Luis Suarez?
Suarez easily better than Pedro in 2011 Yeah, let's forget Pedro was part of one of the best forward lines in modern football.
No you're right, that's not a coincidence he improved his finishing and Liverpool weren't pressured to play Carroll anymore.

You'll never admit to being horribly wrong about Suarez.
Good luck with another season of having that donkey, Giroud, leading the line.

Saying X player is better than Y player in 2011 does not mean that if Y player is a better player a few years after that I was wrong.Scott_LFC wrote:You'll never admit to being horribly wrong about Suarez.

Suarez first season with Liverpool was when Pedro was a vital part of Barcelona's European dominationScott_LFC wrote:Theo Filippo wrote:

So? Doesn't make Pedro the better player. If Suarez replaced Pedro at the time, he would have been just as effective, if not, more.

Re: Pedro or Luis Suarez?
Pedro 2011 was better. Since then, Suarez has improved and Pedro has gone through rough patches with Barca. They're not even the same type of player.
