Dudelange take advantage in Andorra
FC Santa Coloma 0-2 F91 Dudelange
Second-half headers by Jean-Sébastien Legros and Jean-Philippe Caillet earned the champions of Luxembourg a 2-0 first-leg success in Andorra.

F91 Dudelange will defend a two-goal aggregate lead on home soil next Tuesday after Jean-Sébastien Legros and Jean-Philippe Caillet struck in the second half of their encounter against the Andorran champions to gain the upper hand in their UEFA Champions League first qualifying round tie.
Although there was little to choose between the two sides during a hard-fought first period, the hosts passed up a presentable opportunity to take the lead when striker and captain Norberto Urbani failed to connect with a deflected shot with only goalkeeper Jonathan Joubert to beat.
When the deadlock was broken 12 minutes after the interval, it was the visitors who stole ahead, as Legros launched himself at a pinpoint right-wing cross by Sofian Benzouien to send a diving header past Ricardo Fernández.
Santa Coloma struggled to contend with Daniel Theis's side thereafter and, eleven minutes from time, Benzouien was again the architect, picking out Caillet at the far post with a wonderful free-kick from the left flank, which the Dudelange defender met with a firm header.
The two sides reconvene on Tuesday 5 July for the right to meet NK Maribor in the second qualifying round on 12/13 July.

SP Tre Fiori 0-3 Valletta FC
Two goals either side of half-time and a 70th-minute penalty earned Valletta a significant lead to take back to Malta for the return leg.
Valletta FC will take a three-goal advantage into next Wednesday's second leg thanks to a convincing 3-0 victory against San Marinese champions SP Tre Fiori.
Denni's strike just before the break followed by Alfred Effiong's goal five minutes into the second half gave Valletta a comfortable lead before Gilbert Agius completed the scoring from the penalty spot to put Valletta in command of the tie.
The visitors dominated proceedings in the first half, forcing Mauro Bertozzi in the Tre Fiori goal into a string of fines saves, most notably an excellent stop from Ryan Fenech's free-kick. However, with the game seemingly headed towards a goalless first half, the Maltese champions took the lead. Some neat build-up play involving captain Edmond Agius and William Barbosa set up Denni whose cool finish put the visitors ahead.
Buoyed by their opening goal, Leonard Farrugia's side started the second half as they had ended the first. Effiong's run evaded the attentions of the Tre Fiori defence and the 26-year-old doubled Valletta's lead. The hosts were denied a route back into the game when Federico Macina's effort was saved by Andrew Hogg, before Agius's 70th-minute spot-kick put the Maltese champions in pole position to face FK Ekranas in the next round.
The two sides meet again on 6 July for the right to take on the Lithuanian champions in the second qualifying round.

Yes they do his full name is Marcos Magno Morales Tavares but he goes by just Tavares and he is the captain. They also have another Brazillian named João Gabriel da Silva who goes by just Gabriel. He is also a striker.Pip wrote:Dudelange have got this. 4-0 win at home.

He scored a hat trick I believe against FC Zurich a few years ago.
In one season, he scored 16 goals and provided 15 assists for his team mates.

Greek league is not easy.Defences are pretty solid and most pitches are in terrible condition.Pip wrote:Weather130 wrote:Yes they do his full name is Marcos Magno Morales Tavares but he goes by just Tavares and he is the captain. Personally,I have seen the player and I think that he could do well in an weak team, such as Panionios, but he wouldnt make it in a big team.

I predict a Dudelange upset.
1-0 to Maribor at home and then a 3-1 win to Dudelange at Luxembourg.

Only a few games played today,
blowout
APOEL (Cyprus) 4 K.F. Skënderbeu Korçë (Albania) 0 6-0
An interesting note is that in every other game today the team that won lost the two leg tie. If you look at the club coefficents you would notice that so far the Champions League has had 0 upsets.
