FC Copenhagen enters the tournament at the start of the non-champions round and have guaranteed seeding in both rounds, should they progress.

I sincerely hope they draw Feyenoord as i will surely get tickets to go see that here in Copenhagen, weather i will wear my Ajax gear remains undecided if that is the case. Of the 4 possible i believe that is the toughest draw, the number 2 from Eredivise should be of a higher standard than the other 3 teams although Club Brugge could be an interesting draw as well.

The 2 teams i care most about enter in the Group Stage. Ajax most likely in pot 3 and FC Nordsjælland most likely as the lowest seeded team in pot 4.

Some interesting matchups are in these first few rounds. Some fixtures I am looking forward to.

MŠK Žilina (Slovakia) v Ironi Kiryat Shmona (Israel); the team from Israel was only formed in 2000 and just won their first championship

BATE (Belarus) v Vardar (Macedonia); Vardar was close to having an undefeated season and is probably better than you think

Ludogorets Razgrad (Bulgaria) v Dinamo Zagreb (Croatia); Ludogorets Razgrad had the league cup double in their first top divsion season what comes next?

2x 0-0 games between Linfield and Torshavn does not sound as the most entertaining 2 legged match-up i can imagine. The newfound Cypriot champions have a good draw i reckon, Dudelange gets some UEFA Recognizable competition from Salzburg.

Danish team Randers had the pleasure of facing 2 of the teams that made it through before Linfield (7-0 agg) and Dudelange (7-3 agg) both were in the Europa League though.

Salzburg is an odd size as of late, some may remember them for getting 6-0-0, 18 points, in the group stage of the first Europa League installment (Fulham - Atl Madrid Final), the year after managing just 2 points, while they got 10 points last season which was just enough to get out of the group stage with a better goal difference than PSG

The UEFA coefficents worked brillantly here as the top three ranked teams were the three teams to advance to the next round.

Molde should go through with ease. They dominated the first fixture and Ventpils were lucky to escape with 3-0. If anyone is watching the match keep your eye on Magnus Wolf Eikrem. Easily one of the best passers this country has ever produced.

Huge respect to F91 Dudelange who went out to win today, got a red card against them and lost 4-3, which means they progress to the 3rd round. A team from Luxembourg in the 3rd round, very impressive.

Molde FK and Slovan Liberic both drew and went through.

Zestafoni looked like they could surprise and turn over the 3-0 loss from the first leg as they were up 2-0, but it is now 2-2.

Glad Dudelange got one over the plastic Red Bull Salzburg, and I guess they must be fancying their chances against NK Maribor from Slovenia in the next round. Would be brilliant if they some how made it into the group stage.

It is not their fault, if they were the only team to enter Europe from Luxembourg every year this wouldn't be the case, they are being held down by the other Luxembourg teams.
