There is no need for personal abuse. What is the difference between a football fan abusing someone for the colour of their hair and abusing them for the colour of their skin?

That's exactly the point though, people do mock the disaster they chant about it, Bobby Charlton doesn't walk out of the stadium crying like a baby though, nor do the Manchester United players. Arsene Wenger is accused of being a paedophile all the time by United and Spurs fans, paedophiles are a group who have historically been victimised and persecuted by society, you might say rightly, he doesn't drag his team of the pitch though, does he?
I'm not condoning racism, I dislike all forms of discrimination, but it shouldn't be treated as something that's worse than any other form of discrimination. Roberto Carlos needs to grow up and stop expecting special treatment.
