No, but surely the Arsenal physio's would have spotted he was fatigued and told Arsene to rest him. Or are only Arsenal allowed to use him when he is fatigued?

He played as much as he was allowed, I'm pretty sure there's a difference between playing 45 or so games to playing 50+

How is it poor?
He played the end of the season with Arsenal, no issues about fitness there. Yet, when England wanted him to play, he was in 'poor fitness' or whatever. I don't buy it.
