most people used to just have their chest underneath like Olic vs United in the CL last year or the one time Forlan took his off and couldnt get it back on. Writing on the undershirts and whatnot is a bit tacky to me but not bookable. The best was the guy who took off his jersey to reveal another jersey

a bit of common sense would be nice, if a player takes their shirt off to reveal nothing or to say something as simple as Happy Birthday then there's no need to book.

If a player is going to advertise or reveal a controversial statement they should expect to be banned.

Seriously there is no common sense in footy, does my fucking head in.

I'm not agreeing with the generalization and strictness of the rule, but I'm just saying it's not because the chest is being shown.

Did Iniesta get booked by Howard Webb in the WC final for his tribute to that player on his under shirt?
Stuff like that shouldn't warrant a card nor should messages for loved ones etc.Advertisements should get a yellow.
Just takes some common sense FIFA

I would introduce salary caps.
