I regret watching it to be honest. Probably the worst thing I have seen in my life. It's not so much the gore that makes me sick (Although it does play a massive part) It's more the suffering the guy goes through. It's just awful.

I've seen leaked videos of Russians killing survivors of the Polish President plane crash in Smolensk in Cold Blood, even a few Russian residents who came out to the scene out of curiosity. Pretty gorey as well, you could hear people screaming as they burn in the wreckage though the video was too low quality to see much.
