It's a load of bullshit.

Do you really think they'd only take 1 photo (isn't even convincing; looks fake), and just chuck the corpse into the sea, of the most wanted person in the whole world?

The US Milatary has an undercover Taliban person in it. They've gathered troops in Pakistan and forced them to reveal Bin Laden has been killed; causing the US to lower their defences.

Bin Laden will srike again. He has horcruxes.

I don't think he's dead, and I certainly don't believe he's buried at sea. But I KNOW that the administration would not release this info if they didnt have him in custody, they are not going to say 'he's alive' we have him, let's do a war tribunal' it's too painful for the victims and ultimately redundant, I don't know what they'll do with him, don't care, as long as we have him.

I think it's more of a case of people thinking Al-Qaeda are scheming a mass retaliation that even high security measures would struggle to prevent.
