I think they're gonna have to release them eventually. But Obama is setting himself up for one of the greatest embarrassments in political history if the dude's not really dead. If he's still out there and he makes another video, Obama is toast. He's risking a lot if they're not 1000% sure they got the fucker.

He may not be dead, but he is certainly not coming out anytime soon, there is absolutely no way the administration would come out with this if they didn't have him. According to Jake Tapper (my dude) Obama postponed this mission (originally scheduled for March) because the initial plan was to blow up OBLs compound, but Obama wanted his body.

He was, however, offered to us in the 90s by the Sudanese, per Bill Clinton's own admission. Clinton turned them down because "we didn't have any legal basis for holding him." The Saudis wouldn't take him either.
