Anyway, it's not bad logic. If you know you hate bread, then you know a PB&J is going to suck ass.
Perhaps you don't like bread on its own but with the combo of bread and P&J its nice?

Wow, this thread has gone of course.

Well for one they represent part of the league which is back onto Dan's point about Hodgson
They don't represent the league. One team is one component of a whole league.

Part of the league... why am i repeating this
Oh wow you're actually arguing something over personal preference, . Dan was smart not to bother
Where did I actually condemn your preference? I didn't so hush up.

Not on my preference, general personal preference. In essence, if this was based on race you'd be playing the prejudice card

The whole thing is about preference, if someone says Scottish people are cunts after meeting them once that's their preference. If someone meets every Scot and concludes they're cunts that's his preference again.

What the fuck is not to get, you're arguing over the sake of an argument come on now

but since I am so nice, there is a cute wittle graph that shows how many long passes (over x meters can't remember) each team committed this season.

How can you actually prove something when you haven't provided sufficient enough info to actually prove it?
Saying that there is something which can prove it is not enough (btw, I think your chatting bullshit)

There we go, I also think you cannot judge a whole league based on a couple of matches.

The argument isn't about whether you personally think you cannot judge a whole league based on a couple of matches, it's about how I personally feel about the league and why you think it's wrong. Why you think it's wrong means fuck all considering that's my personal preference. That is why you're arguing a lost cause

I'm the one that is making a point. Your the one disagreeing with me. Since you disagree with me, you go ahead and prove me otherwise.

but since I am so nice, there is a cute wittle graph that shows how many long passes (over x meters can't remember) each team committed this season.
It's all well and good saying what there is....but where exactly is it?

    here's my ferrari...
It's been posted many times. Many people have seen it as well if that is enough proof it exists. A quick google search should find it.
    Computer says no.

How can you actually prove something when you haven't provided sufficient enough info to actually prove it?
Saying that there is something which can prove it is not enough (btw, I think your chatting bullshit)

ooh look you edited your post. yay me. Neutral

I'm not proving anything. I made a point and it's your decision to call me out on it. But if you do, you better have something to back yourself up or else you prove nothing I said wrong. smug

I even help you out by saying such a graph exists and you can find it yourself. I'm not chatting bullshit, like I said, it's been posted many times on this forum, especially in the Arsenal thread. I am sure someone else like Tom has seen it himself.

That's not how an argument works. I made a statement and will happily go on with my day unless you can prove my statement wrong. Until then whether you find it bullshit or not means nothing to me or to anyone reading this.

LOL, there's no exact ruling on how an argument should or should not work.

I'm going to smoke a spilff now, my head hurts. taxi

Your right and wrong at the same time. An argument has no rules but has some general guidelines to follow or else it'd just be pointless.

If I had to defend the comments I made, that would be a debate, not an argument.
