Evra, played almost every game last season and rarely gets injured.
Kuyt, never seems to get injured and is always running around the pitch, Park is the same.

Dimitar Berbatov suffered a knee problem last year, I dread to think how many goals/assists/assists of assists he would have got if this didn't intefere with his play.
But yes, Dimitar Berbatov played through his knee troubles and didn't have an operation. He is made of sterner stuff than most modern day footballers.
