Lee Dixon was speaking on the BBC on sunday, prior to the cup final and he said he'd had a conversation with Wenger about Wilshere when he was 16. And he said Wenger told him that Wilshere was on another planet to anyone he'd ever seen at the age of 16, the best he's ever seen at that age by a country mile. So that just shows how highly Wenger rates him.

Played against him a few times actually. The most recent was when I was at Everton, U16's V Arsenal U16's. He was the captain.
