    And? Neutral

Even outside the top 2/4 or whatever.. it's a more exciting league. Don't bother bringing in the likes of Blackburn etc... into it, they play boring football, but it works for them.

Look at how Blackpool and Spurs are playing. 2 of the most attractive teams in the league to watch.

This shows what you know mate.

Valencia, Atletico, Villarreal, Sevilla (not this year, their play shit football) Deportivo, etc. have been playing great football FOR YEARS. Few teams in La Liga play that hoofball shit, Atletic were known for it, but they have great technical players and have abanded that style. Don't bring quality of football into this debate, La Liga will win out every time.

Well, I wouldn't be so sure of us winning the league, and Chelsea haven't been amazing, anything can happen imo.
Exactly. We've played pretty bollocks all season. It's a miracle that we're first (for the next 3 hours at least) and haven't lost in the league, and Chelsea have been piss poor for a month.

Tbh, when I said we're playing bollocks, I mean it compared to 2 years ago, when we had probably our best squad ever. Give us Ronaldo and Tevez back, and make Scholes and Giggs 2 years younger, we'd beat anyone.

Tbh, for me, you know the 2 teams that are going to finish in the top 2 in both leagues. That's because no teams in Spain are any where near Madrid/Barca, and because Arsenal, City don't have the consistency yet in the league.

Outside of that, I think the Prem edges quality.

Surely the quality of the teams declining is NOT a good thing? How can you boost about how good a league is because United, Chelsea, Liverpool etc have all got worse? That's a bad thing to happen.

    I fucking wonder...

Carrick played, he'd been shite all season and might have just only come back.

Berbatov played up front on his own- has never worked for us.

Anderson was just getting back from a serious knee injury.

Ferdinand was just back from injury.

    Rooney didn't play.

How come we smashed them at OT then? We should have scored around 5 Neutral

I disagree. As a Liverpool fan I can realistically say I'm a neutral this season as far as the title race goes. I sure as fuck don't find it more interesting watching United, Chelsea etc play poorly. How is having 4 teams playing below their ability competing for the league better than having 2 teams playing to their maximum competiting.

It's not enjoyable watching Chelsea and United playing shit, it leads to shit matches...upsets or not.

By the way, I'm not talking about in the past and shit, I'm talking about since Ronaldo came to Madrid, I just feel like Madrid and Barca have both got better, and their closest competitors a little worse.

I think if Barcelona done Madrid home and away, they'd win the league and the same the other way round.

I sure as fuck don't find it more interesting watching United, Chelsea etc play poorly. How is having 4 teams playing below their ability competiting for the league better than having 2 teams playing to their maximum competiting.

It's not enjoyable watching Chelsea and United playing shit, it leads to shit matches...upsets or not.
Our game against Villa at Villa Park.. probably the best game I've seen this season. And it was probably our worst performance. The entire second half was end to end stuff, most of the game was tbh.

This is only because the top teams have declined.

Surely the quality of the teams declining is NOT a good thing? How can you boost about how good a league is because United, Chelsea, Liverpool etc have all got worse? That's a bad thing to happen.
Not for a neutral it isn't..Neutral

In La Liga you might as well play two matches between Madrid and Barca and whoever win over 2 legs win the league.

Kyro, you're better than that. Jose Mourinho's Home Record. - Page 5 58503
Tbh, it's pretty much right. It's usually the case, whoever wins the "mini league", in England it's usually United, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal, in Spain it's Barca and Madrid, wins the title.

Anyone that has a bit of football knowledge would know that it's between Chelsea and United. You don't seem to have it.

That's why Chelsea is in 4th almost halfway through the season. But you're the one with all the football knowledge.
