I haven't seen any logic yet.
The tiny population, the rules? How bad there team is? Not really deserved.
Edit: How they want air conditioned stadiums that are open planned? How it was basically fixed?
So what does the tiny population have to do with it?
What rules are you talking about? Islamic rules? If so, Qatar have already said they are relaxing rules during the world cup. That means you can get drunk all you want
Sure their team isn't that great. But the WC is 12 years away and their advancement in youth is present. What do you know about the quality of the team in 12 years time? Look at South Africa. They were SHIT before the World Cup and still got something out of it.
What about the stadiums? Are you an engineer and going to know how airconditioned stadiums are supposed to be like?
How was it fixed? Didn't reports come out saying England bribed officials or something like that? Or reports about Russia and Spain making a secret agreement. I haven't heard anything about Qatar.
1) They have a population of 1.6 million, it doesn't add up with all the demands that are needed for this World Cup.
2) But these advancements in youth can only go a certain way, as these young players can/will go there own way, and Qatar will improve a bit but still not enough in my opinion.
3) No I'm not a engineer but how can you have a stadium that is air conditioned but is open planned?. The cool air will get sucked out straight away.
4) How can we know the results a hour before the announcement, that has strong signs of it being fixed.
5) What about the fans?, yeah ok if all this air-con goes to plan the players will be fine, but the fans go from a air-con stadium to 50 degree heat, and then they go to there hotels without air-con, just sitting there in the heat, he not that great for the fans either.
BTW I'm arguing with you because I believe they made the wrong decision, you're a cool guy
