Replacement for Lampard I expect. Nominally deep lying but expected to press forward as Matic holds.

    Cech/Courtois

    Azpilicueta Ivanovic Cahill Felipe

    Fabregas Matic

    Hazard Oscar Willian

    Costa

Looks pretty fucking strong to me.

It does indeed, they will probably win the league next year tbh.

City may challenge if they get a decent CB in + Fernando, but I think Chelsea are favourites with their signings.

Surprised Liverpool didn't sign him. What better way to send out a message that they can attract "CL quality", and didn't Scott say journalists had Liverpool as favourites a few weeks ago?  scratch I guess Lallana and Can must be better.

Family Guy is shit now, too.

Might as well just end it all now, things won't get any better than Game of Thrones and that finishes on Sunday...

Depth, my friend. Allen, Henderson, Gerrard, Coutinho, Sterling, Lucas + Fabregas > Allen, Henderson, Gerrard, Coutinho, Sterling, Lucas.

Isn't that how Scott justified Lambert  scratch

Of course Nasri and Clichy are still considered good. I didn't include Toure because he's not really that good anymore, same with Adebayor and then there's Gallas, too, who was decent for you, but he's no longer in the PL.

All of them would be fighting for a starting spot, at least. Cole is better than your left backs, so is Clichy, Sagna is better than your right backs, RVP is better than your strikers, Nasri would be competing with Ramsey/Cazorla/Ozil, Fabregas would be a starter.

    Laughing

Cole wouldn't get into our team Laughing

Obviously Sagna currently is that's not saying much, he's literally just left.

    Rvp, yeah clear as day.

Competing doesn't really mean much either every right back in the league would compete with Flanagan or Jenkinson for a right-back slot for example are we all mugs for not getting in Lowton?

Cazorla in the 12/13 season is streets ahead of any Nasri and still better this season than Nasri.

If Fabregas would've started for Arsenal we would've signed him, please stop this delusion Scott. Laughing Jesus Christ. He'd compete with Ramsey for a starting spot and Ramsey is streets ahead of the current Fabregas.

Cole would start for you. Gibbs and Monreal are so average.

When I say competing, I mean, really 50/50 in terms of who starts. Not the way you think I mean.

Nasri was brilliant at Arsenal. Wenger got the best out of him and would continue to do so and has age on his side, compared to Cazorla.

As for your Fabregas logic. Lol. No. You didn't reject him because he wouldn't start. You rejected him because you already had too many players in his position. Players that wouldn't be happy on the bench. Wenger is not going to spend £30 million on a luxury.

It would be like us signing Cavani. He would start for us, but Sturridge (who is performing at a high level) isn't going to be happy to sit on the bench, so it's not really the best move to make.

You're fucking deluded if you think Fabregas wouldn't be a starter Laughing

Yeah, well done on somehow lumping Monreal and Gibbs together - Enough evidence that you don't have a clue. Cole couldn't even start ahead of a right-back playing at left-back.

Yeah, none of those players you mentioned would even be 50/50 to start. Nasri was good like 3 years ago for one season, that's it. He can't even make the French squad now, how is age even a factor when we're talking about the last few years of performances?

Alright, we didn't sign him because he wouldn't significantly improve us.

What's wrong with what he said?  Arsenal do have a wealth of talent at that position.  Fabregas is better than all of them but still, it doesn't make sense letting them linger while Fabregas eats up playing time.  Arsenal has more pressing needs, like striker.

Fabregas isn't better than all of them scratch Ramsey is better than him in his role and Fabregas has shown to be just as useless as Ozil is in the big games.
