It isn't, stop trying to be smart. We just have different definitions for those terms. For me, in their prime means in their best years. But even a player in their best years can go through a bad patch.
In my mind, if you're on top of your game, it's the best you possibly can be, doesn't matter how old you are, it's THEIR game(career in other words) and if you're on top of it then it's the best you've been. That's what I'm comparing.
