That would be a pretty good way to spend around 60 million on making the squad a lot deeper.

I think we desperately need another striker and a defensive midfielder. Those two positions have to take top priority in my opinion. Ramsey and Wilshere were just outrun in the middle of the park and the back four had no cover at all. Arteta was sorely missed today since we effectively only have one defensive minded midfield player at the club and that's him.

Apparently we're going to try for Lars Bender again.

Look how thin our squad is, they'll play a lot. Bender would obviously start every game when fit.

Dzeko and Giroud, the most bovine strike force in the BPL.

Bidding 10m for Cabaye.   FFS man, never rated him nor Tiote whatsoever at any point in time, Marveaux's the only really good midfielder we have.

Standards are quickly dropping over at Arsenal.

He would be a good addition to the squad if the price is right, 10 million is the max I would pay for him though.

He would really be quite a decent signing, considering he would more than likely be sharing time with Ramsey, Wilshere, and others. He'd certainly be a better fit than Fellaini.
