Ah, look at that. Handball in the Arsenal box. Guess what?
No penalty.

That is handball from Gibbs... he lifted his arms up into the flight of the ball.

I thought that was a penalty too actually, very lucky 3 points here.

Exactly what I mean. Sometimes you need that bit of luck to win games. When has that happened for us this season?
Now watch us get a penalty turned down at Anfield.

I like it when Arsenal win now because Liverpool think they're as good and their fans get mad as fuark

If Arsenal were winning fairly and dominating games, fair enough, but no, they're winning quite fortuitously.

You are quite clearly trolling. I have often wondered what makes you such an incompetent moderator/administrator; I have toyed with the idea that it is just because you don't take anything seriously, I have often considered whether you are just completely oblivious, but it's pretty clear that you fail to enforce the rules because it would be outrageously hypocritical if you did so.kyro7 wrote:Trolling? I am mad.
Arsenal get an offside goal given against QPR, we have onside goals taken away against Everton and Swansea.
West Ham get a penalty against Allen's handball, Arsenal get away with Gibbs handling.
Cazorla dives and a penalty is given, Suarez gets butt-fucked and nothing.

Yeah, Suarez has also avoided a number of potential red cards, though.S. wrote:I am mad.

Liverpool get decisions too, the ref robbed Hull of a win at Anfield by giving 2 goals for 2 pushes to Liverpool.
Allen shouldn't have put his arm in the way.
Swansea one was offside.
Suarez dives all of the time including dives that aren't even near a player.

I'm talking this season.
I didn't say Allen's wasn't a penalty. I was just pointing out that we get them given against us when Arsenal didn't. How's that fair?
Okay, but Everton one wasn't. And again, my point was, we don't get them given. Arsenal had a clear offside goal given to win them the game against QPR.
Fucking hell, AGAIN, my point is, Arsenal have had pens for dives when we haven't.
I'm only saying that we don't seem to get that bit of luck that the teams around us keep getting.

Re: Official Arsenal FC Thread
I agree that Suarez does get fouled quite a lot and nothing is given but that's his own fault. Referee's just assume that he's diving because of his reputation. I know that's not right but it's just the way it goes.

We had the least amount of penalties awarded to us last season We've had a few this season, but only 1 has been fortuitous.

It wasn't that fortuitously, it could have gone either way.

So Liverpool fans can bang on about titles won years ago but I can't mention a real robbery that stole a well deserved victory from a small club? Seems a bit hypocritical.
Decisions can't always be right.
Again, I remember lots of poor decisions Liverpool have benefited from.
My point is, every team gets just as many good/bad decisions against them.

Re: Official Arsenal FC Thread
While I don't agree with Scott entirely, at least 2 of the last 4 penalties awarded to Arsenal have been questionable, if not ridiculous. The one against Cazorla was stonewall, he did well to avoid a scything challenge. The one today was probably about right. The Fulham one was extremely harsh, and the second against West Brom resulted from some clever thuggery from Chamberlain outside of the box.arsenalap11 wrote:We had the least amount of penalties awarded to us last season We've had a few this season, but only 1 has been fortuitous.

Cazorlas was, West Brom, I mean the actual pen rather then the build up, and Fulham, it was handball imo, granted it was close but he shouldn't have his hand that far out in the box.

Re: Official Arsenal FC Thread
How did we cheat when the ref's in control? We didn't dive for our penalty or anything, we played a well thought out game and showed the other side to us we hardly show and others are complaining
