I'm annoyed that Spurs signed Clint Dempsey. In signing Lloris, Spurs have made one of the best signings of the summer, in my opinion.

greatest transfer window in Spurs history imo, Lloris is pretty solid, Dembele is dynamic and a decent enough replacement for Modric, so surprised we got Dempsey, didn't see Fulham selling their two best players to us, which is great because they have already played together for a while, plus Vertonghen and Sigurdsson are both very talented and look to have exciting futures at Spurs, and Adebayor sure up the striker spot. So excited for tomorrow's match, hopefully we get our best lineup out there.

I always notice this. With USA and Canada it doesn't matter who they play for if they play for your national team you love them.

I haven't laughed at WHU's strikers because we have as many if not more than them now, though all of theirs are big target men. :lobdog:

3 of our current strikers can play on the wing, though the last 3 games have shown Rod to be ineffective there.

If we signed ADP I'd love to play him in some kind of Scholes type role.

Del Piero would not be on 20k a week.

He's had offers from China etc, you reckon they were offering 20k a week? No chance.

It's not like he has to play upfront, he could play anywhere attacking.

Also, Liverpool should go for him
