Wouldn't surprise me if Wilshere played a ridiculous amount of games like he did 2 seasons ago.

I think I know what you meant... I think he'll do well, and if we do need someone to fill in I think we already have players who can get the job done.

No one but some Macedonian bellend, fuck it I'm done with the people who run this club. Got bitchslapped by UTD for 7 years now, then got bitch slapped by them again for stealing our best player and after all that we sell one of our best midfielders out of choice for peanuts.

Don't worry, I feel the same. Anfield on Sunday is my only game this season. I still support the players we put out but them cunts running the club don't deserve my money.
I read somewhere that Rangers have a higher net spend than us this summer.

Was going to go to Old Trafford, but I don't really want to see RvP score a hatrick against us to be frank.

Agreed. Really tired of the fucking mentality of this club. I need a distraction from this shit.

I'm not going to support Arsenal anymore, they'll just be the team I like most in football. Football is a game and I'm not entertained anymore by these fuckers who are ruining Arsenal and Wenger. I say all this but I'll be back next week.
There's nothing worse than having no ambition, whatever the situation whether it be a friend of yours or a club you support

I tell people all the time I won't 'support' them and a big part of me doesn't. When we're playing I care about the game but everything else, I really don't give a shit. My first game at Highbury was when we beat Everton 4-0 to win the league in 1998 and look how fucking pathetic we've become since then. It makes me sick.
To think we had a starting 11 of Lehmann, Lauren, Campbell, Toure, Cole, Ljungberg, Vieira, Gilberto, Pires, Bergkamp, Henry.

Should support Everton. We can still argue with Liverpool fans.. and can also watch a club with a % of the funds we do, do all they can to put quality on the pitch and perform.

What the fuck, so we didn't sign anybody?
Sigh. "Iss a fucking disgrace"
We've got the depth of a toddler pool and the only player we signed on deadline day should be playing in one. Fuck the board, embarassing fuckwits

Instead of seeing an opportunity to become real threats for years to come, decades to come, to really be a force and a place for big players always wanted to play for.. they saw it as an opportunity to squeeze every ounce of coin out of the moment and turn it into a money making scheme.

Also, now Theo Walcott has all the power in his contract negotiations. He will get £100k a week whether it's with us or with another team in January when he's free to talk to anyone. I think I could do a better job than the people responsible for contracts and transfers.

Meh, we let a lot of players go that would have been useful. Fuck it man, even ones like M'Bia would have been useful to have in the squad.
I mean, I know I said I like Diaby, but I don't like him enough to start every game

Arsenal have no ambition whatsoever, it's like trying to support a friend who won't support themselves out of choice... I have no love for someone like that. Whole thing makes me sick, I will never accept Arsenal as a top 4 club after witnessing them hold the premier league trophy ever, that's why I'll always be disappointed at being twatted by Man U and the rest

If Spurs signed/sign Moutinho, they'd have a squad pretty much as good as ours.
I still think we can get 4th, but it's not good enough.

I'm in shock. I think NOW I won't stop anyone when they say Arsenal are no longer a big club. What a fucking embarrassing display of lack of ambition and money-hungryness. I hope people stop showing up to the games as a form of unofficial boycott, because the club has done nothing for it's fans

I seriously don't think we'll get fourth this season. I have never predicted us to finish outside the top 4 but I am this year.

I hate the hold Arsenal have on me.. roughly 15 years of knowledgeable support.
I wish I could easily drop them from my world, unfortunately I can't. Even in FIFA they have this hold on me.

With Giroud, Podolski, Cazorla and Van Persie here I had belief we could challenge for the title, but then we took one step forward and three steps back. Too bad with the ticket prices and the civilised fanbase, Kronke will laugh whilst stroking his rapist looking tash

Re: Official Arsenal FC Thread
We're still a big club no matter what, i'll always argue that because it's true.
Szczesny
Sagna - Koscielny - Vermaelen - Gibbs
Arteta - Wilshere
Walcott - Cazorla - Podolski
Giroud
Still fills me with some promise, but:
Fabianski
Jenkinson - Mertesacker - Djourou - Santos
Coquelin - Diaby
Chamberlain - Rosicky - Gervinho
Chamakh
Mannone
Squillaci
Miquel
Frimpong
Ramsey
Arshavin
Doesn't really. Coquelin, and more importantly Chamakh being that close to the starting XI doesn't fill me with confidence, especially when a lot of those players pick up injuries easily.
And I did this last year and I think I remember being able to make a 3rd XI, or being close to doing it, now I can't without using Yennaris, Gnabry e/t/c who aren't ready.

We're a huge club and that's what makes spending less than Stoke more frustrating.
Kroenke will be laghing to the bank when the new PL money comes in next year.
