roma's being linked with julio cesar now. stekelenburg had a pretty bad season (worst keeper in Serie A according to whoscored.com), but i don't think there's much difference between the two keepers. they both had pretty bad seasons

JC will want a lot of money. And he wouldn't be worth whatever price-tag that ugly shitcunt Moratti slaps on him, considering you already have a talented GK.

I think Stek will come good this season.

it's hard for stek because he's roma's first ever dutch player

he's had trouble all season communicating to our players on and off the pitch. he says he speaks to juan/kjaer in mixed english/german (juan/kjaer speak fluent german)

it's also harder to learn a new language as you get older and stek hasn't had any prior foreign experience

whoscored.com has a really good point about stekelenburg being the worst keeper in Serie A last season (even if you don't count the two bogus red cards). his save rate is pretty appalling at 55%. if he carries on another season like this, i'd have no problem whatsoever seeing him leave

zeman's system is known for leaking goals, so it's very important for us to have a good/confident keeper
