Both Falcao and Cavani would require a massive sum. But as I said, if we want to put ourselves in a hole, then we might as well do it for someone that's worth it.

Is there anywhere I'll be able to watch Serie A highlights next season in English?

Barcelona have Messi, Real Madrid have Ronaldo, Juventus need a triquarista galactico talisman. Suarez could be that man.

Re: Serie A 12/13
Fucking hell. I really hope these things aren't true.
I like Agnelli and co. but they're not taking into account our financial situation. Why are we even considering another bid to match the 25m pound asking price for an injury prone 29-year-old? And 28m now for a guy that hasn't been consistent since the 2011 Copa America. We don't we even need a Suarez-type player. Not to mention we have Giovinco, and one of these deals might include him, which is fucking ridiculous.
All we should do is buy a cheap forward, or not buy one at all. We can repeat as scudetto champs with the squad that's currently at our disposal. This, coupled with a decent UCL showing, and stadium, merchandise, and TV revenues should help us out in the effort to balance our books. We've lost so much money since 2006.
I really hate my club's ownership right now.

17 goals despite missing 8 matches, and his statistics really don't reflect his quality. I'm not saying he's what you need, because I'm in no position to judge, but he's a superb player and although his goal scoring can be inconsistent his level of performance is top draw.

Re: Serie A 12/13
I like a lot Suarez's qualities as a footballer, his close-control being chief among them. But he's not what we need.
He also should've had more goals last season, considering the amount of chances he had.

Yeah that's true. His finishing can be lethal one week, for example Norwich away, and woeful another week, for example... Norwich at home

Falcao is exactly the type of forward Juve need, but the 60M price tag seems excessive.

Yeah, Falcao won't leave this window I don't think. If they fail to get champions league next season though, he will leave.

Re: Serie A 12/13
Just fucking buy Cavani. Probably £28m+ but he's arguably the best striker in Italy now that Ibra' has gone. He will score them goals you need to do the job again next season. Falcao scores goals too but unlike Cavani he isn't proven in Italy.

Well, I'll support anyone that we get, because I love my club. I'm just upset that the higher-ups are being a bit shortsighted in regards to some of these supposed transfer decisions given our current financial situation.

Galliani: “Milan are prepared to reimburse the season tickets of those who are not satisfied with our transfer campaign this summer.”

What exactly is the Trofeo TIM? I guess it is some sort of preseason tournament but what is the format?

If that's the one with Inter, Milan and Juve then it's just each team playing the other two, three games in total.

Where'd you get that from my comment? It means season ticket holders who are pissed off by Milan's transfer business can give it back to get back their money.Cam wrote:Free season tickets?

Juventus set to offer £190,000 a week to RVP and will come close to £20m fee demanded by Arsenal
Cavani and Rvp in the same league. Still think Arsenal can keep hold for one more season.

Why demand £20million? He won't make anywhere near that in wages, + has absolutely no interest in being at Arsenal. Would as well letting him go if the £15-18million bids from other clubs are true.

Maybe Wenger feels like with Van Persie and the new signings they have a team capable of beating anyone, and challenging for every title? Therefore he would rather keep his captain and star player than to give him away for a fairly low valuation (in terms of importance), and hope any sucess they might be able to achieve could convince him to stay?
