Will Wenger reconsider his 4-3-3 style? Cause I think you have players that could murder teams with a tad of kick and rush at the moment. I mean, it's desperate measures, but you surely have the speed and passing technique to kill teams that way

Wenger is tactically inept. He sees other teams playing 4-3-3 successfully so he just follows suit. He just sends players out on to the pitch with a fixed position, no tactical plans at all. That's what it seems like anyway.

You can be our resident optimist. Or just deluded like most Liverpool fans.

What bugs me the most is how he just insists on the team playing to their strengths, and not bother with trying to exploit the oppositions weaknesses and try to nullify their strengths.

Scary thing is Wenger did have money in January and decided not to spend it. Just confirmed at the AST.
He was told to only spend it on the right player though because we would need it if we fail for CL. Maybe it could be for RVP's new contract which would easily set us back £8m - £10m.

He's a Football Manager manager.
He finds a tactic, it gets him some good results so he just sticks with it and picks the team before every match.

I could manage Arsenal.
I might even be able to do a better job because I have one tactic for the league and one tactic for Europe

It might be a good idea to go with with Arshavin behind van Persie.Laurencio wrote:Will Wenger reconsider his 4-3-3 style? You'll all come back to support the mighty Arsenal once we take a massive shit on Milan as we destroy them 7-1, before we march on to the Champions League title. OH ARSENAL WE LOVE YOU!

Park, Arshavin and Chamakh are expected to play for the reserves tomorrow.
Also, Almunia, Fabianski and Squillaci are on a combined £155k a week.

If Van Persie wasn't the type of player who constantly drops down I would probably agree with you.

Not completely right. No one has said if he was allowed to spend it or not. He just has it.

Usmanov is really close to 30% now so he will be an official owner under Premier League rules.
