It is funny when players react to the abuse. At West Ham this season we were all giving Nolan loads of stick, when the ball went behind for a corner he started mouthing back to some of our fans, then they scored from it and he was proper taking the piss celebrating. All part of the game.

Malecki gives the fans the finger whenever they start booing the team.

The Vs actually originate from English archers mocking French archers who had their fingers cut off when they were imprisoned, so that they couldn't shoot their bows. So technically, it should be an insult to French people.

He blessed himself in his goal which was in front of the Rangers fans and so they got the hump and though he was intentionally trying to wind them up, but he always blessed himself before games
