Re: FIFA Ballon d’Or 2011 shortlist
Shit inclusions:
Diego Forlan - He was crap in the Copa America except for the last two games and has hardly played with either Atletico or Inter. Fucking bollocks.
Karim Benzema - He's only started to look anything near world class this season and despite that, he hasn't even been Madrid's best striker. Brainless.
Cesc Fabregas - Had his worst season in an Arsenal shirt and there were several better midfielders in the Premier League in 2011. Playing 5 or so decent matches in a Barcelona shirt apparently warrants a nomination.
Thomas Müller: How has he been nominated when he wasn't the best player in the Bundesliga and the best player hasn't been nominated? Fucking moronic.
Wesley Sneijder: It's not fucking 2010 anymore. Sneijder was crap as Inter had a somewhat abysmal 2011.

Fabregas might have had a shit season by his standards, but he was still pretty fucking good last season. 14 assists, that's more than anyone bar Drogba and Nani.

Hasn't been a manger long enough this time round, you numpty. Hasn't even been here a year yet. Obviously he's not going to be in the shortlist.

The award is for 2011, he became manager on 10th January 2011.

That's because Germany were producing top quality football against much tougher opposition (Belgium and Turkey). He's also done wonders for the future of the German team by promoting many talented youngsters.

Neymar is the first player to be nominated for the Balon D'Or for his performance solely in the Brazilian League.

I'm saying that Dalglish has done such an amazing miraculous job in singlehandedly undoing the Hodgson and Hicks and Gillet devastation, and more importantly, destroying the conspiracy that was causing Liverpool to get screwed by the referee in every match. Unfortunately, FIFA continue to conspire against Liverpool, Dalglish needs to force FIFA to give Liverpool the respect they deserve.

My bad, meant to say while spending the whole period of time under consideration with a Brazilian club. Several others have been nominated in years where they spent part of the year with a Brazilian club and the other part of the year with a European club, eg. Juninho Paulista, Rai, Romario etc.
