To be fair, Bale has Crouch and Pavyluchenko to score the goals he sets up We've got Chamakh, Bendtner and RVP to score ours from up top
I know what ones I'd rather have

Re: Gareth Bale
Did I really hear Sky Sports compare him to Messi.
I understand Sky Sports are a bunch of deluded fuckwits, but seriously.

This BaleMania could only happen in Britain - and in Norway. It's like he's the first player beeing able to run. Which he isn't.

Re: Gareth Bale
It's so true, it's getting out of hand.
Soon it will be Bebe and Obertan.

Bebe > Obertan. Scored more goals already

Re: Gareth Bale
Nope, Bebe's goal didn't go down as his goal, it went down as an own goal, also Obertans goal should be worth 10, lovely.

Re: Gareth Bale
Looked like Bebe's goal to me. Obertan's goal was fucking sexy, they were all good goals. Carrick's pass for Fletcher's was brilliant.kyro7 wrote:Nope, Bebe's goal didn't go down as his goal, it went down as an own goal, also Obertans goal should be worth 10, lovely.

Re: Gareth Bale
Hahaha look at all these idiots who didn't thought Gareth Bale wasn't world class. Comparing him to players like Arshavin and Malouda who play for Zenit and Trabzonspor.
They must feel so stupid at how wrong they were.

Re: Gareth Bale
Not arsed, it's one match out of 38. As someone who can remember his team winning a League title I can tell you that in the end it probably won't be that important.

To be fair at this point it was mainly just hype. Obviously it isn't any more.

Knowing you, this is probably somehow grammatically correct but it's hurting my brain trying to work it out..

I think that RR has returned a less invincible/more vulnerable forumite, I think a year of Moyes did him the world of good.

Re: Gareth Bale
He was probably going with either "didn't think... was" or "thought... wasn't," and ended up mixing the two up.Scott_LFC wrote:It's not grammatically correct.
