Why does Johnson deserve to start over Kelly? Doesn't make sense that Kenny. Good to see Bellamy start though, over Carroll too.

Really pissed off with our defence at the moment. Kelly dropped as soon as Johnson comes back, Carra not budging and holding players like Coates back. It's clear that our best back four is | Kelly - Agger - Skrtel - Enrique | yet we still stick with dross like Johnson and Carragher because they are senior players in the starting eleven

I'm quite pissed too. Mostly at the Johnson/Kelly decision. That's not fair at all.

It's Norwich at Anfield, Kenny has obviously gone for a line up with a big attacking presence. Johnson is more dangerous than Kelly going forward. Kelly might need a break anyway.

I'm more surprised about Carroll remaining on the bench and Bellamy starting. Not got a problem with it at all, but Carroll must be gutted. Scores a goal against Everton away, then straight back onto the bench. But then again, we don't see what goes on in training. Johnson and Bellamy may have been impressing Kenny all week, whilst Kelly and Carroll may be going through a patch of rusty football.

I'm happy with the team anyway.

The fact Kelly isn't even on the bench suggests he's either suffered a knock or is being rested. There's no way Flanagan would get picked ahead of him otherwise.

That attack looks great to me, Downing Bellamy, Kuyt and Suarez will be a dynamic attack, Gerrard will get involved with it as well.
