Coolhead - Ouch that's a twat, you live in a good place for getting to away games don't you? Quite centralised? Like people in Brighton were stunned that we'd travelled all the way from Leeds just for a game, but breaking the journey into 2 stages (and having 7 bottles of beer on the long leg npower Football League 2011/2012 - Page 5 279869) made it bearable.

Although, suppose it was 32 stages due to that bridge collapse. Did it affect you or were you driving down?
It is good but it's a shame that we only have Watford and the London teams that are proper piss easy to get to in this league. It takes like an hour minimum for any game unless it's MK Dons or Northampton I think. It's better than this family who travel to every game home and away from Southampton!

My brother got affected as he travelled by train from London but yeah we didn't get disrupted as we went by car.

How long did it take you to get to Brighton in the end?

We got there sooner than we expected. Laughing Set off about 10.20 from Leeds and arrived about 4ish I think. From Kings Cross we had to take a train to Gatwick airport and a taxi into Brighton for £60 between 4 of us, the train guy advised us to go on a tran via Ashford for 3.5 hours so we fucked that off. Laughing What did your brother do?

That's pretty good I think. It took us 5 hours to get to Burnley by train because we thought we were being clever and getting off at a different stop but it turned out it wasn't on the route so we ended up in some place called Hebden Bridge and waited for an hour for a train back into Burnley. Laughing

I think he was hoping to get their early to have a few drinks but he couldn't because of the tunnel collapse. He ended up getting a train to somewhere then a special coach/bus that was for the train passengers for 30 minutes then another train into Brighton. He did the same going back as well.

I have the same attitude as you when we get knocked out the JPT, as in saying the JPT is a waste of time, shit cup...

When we're in the JPT I get excited and see it as a good chance of getting to Wembley Laughing.

Its like a friendly game for me due to the atmosphere and other factors and now that we are in league 1 we already have most of the big teams.

    2-0 to us. Smikle Laughing.

We always win away when I don't go.

We haven't lost an away game that I haven't been to this season Laughing, yet we've failed to get a single point in the three away games I've attended.

The Accrington player is 18 year old Tom Bender.

Such a shame, and that's his career pretty much over.
