If he comes back I think I might cry with happiness. I remember the last thing he ever said to me :')
"We'll give it a bloody good go son"
Sounded so cool in that Scottish accent of his too

And people wonder why fuck all people turn up.
For all the money spent on travelling to away games, we have scored 2 goals.
4 For, 21 Against. Joint bottom scorers in all 4 divisions.
Strong rumours Gary Peters is coming in to "help" us too
Oh, we have 14 fit players for next Saturday. Including 0 keepers.
At today's press conference, new Bulls Director of Football Gary Peters told the Hereford Times that the Bulls have little budget to bring new faces in.
He told Richard Prime: "We can work within 55% of our income and that's been used up, so we've got to find ways of extending the budget. "It's going to be tough, but I do understand the finances of clubs at this level and we've got to appeal to the fans. We're all mercenaries, they've got to realise that. People will straight away say 'ah, Gary Peters, he's a Slop'. Well, I'm not now, I'm working for Hereford."
Peters also told the paper he hoped to have a fans forum either on this Thursday or the following Monday.
Peters also spoke to the official site and gave a brutal assessment of the current team: "I think we have got to be scared, I think the team is probably the worst
team in the division, I've not seen a team that I think is worse. I think that because the club has recognised it as soon as this, it has given us a great chance."
He also told Tim Russon that his role alongside Jamie Pitman will vary: "I'll be out there helping him with training, he'll be picking the team but there is lots of things that I can take away from him that hinder managers."
Looking fit there.easley91 wrote:Thought I'd upload some pics from the event yesterday.
This one was tweeted by Matt Tubbs (I'm the one standing behind him and the kid in the white away shirt with my arms crossed)
Me and Tubbsy having a chat while on FIFA
My top strikers on FIFA playing the game
Me and JPP (Jon-Paul Pittman) who later tweeted he only went into town to do some shopping
Me and the beast known as Claude Davis
Me and Charlie Wassmer
Finally, me and Kyle McFadzean

I was right at the back and in the right corner and it didn't seem loud either. It's better when you're surrounded by fans.Uncle John from Jamaica wrote:We make a racket everywhere. Didn't think our fans were the usual level at the Amex though, probably because I was right at the front rather than in the middle of it all.
Hopefully I can be a part of the racket, been looking forward to it for a while and will be gutted if we don't get a ticket.
Uncle John from Jamaica wrote:Yeah then you have a scrum with a load of randomers when you score. At Watford last season I'd been on the piss for quite a while before the game and when we scored I turned round to this group of young lads and picked one of them up...

Apparently your players have said they want Billy Davies back, and also the fans still love him?
Why did he leave in the first place?

The petition doesn't really affect me or any other Leeds fans who sit in the Kop and/or go away games as we stand up every game anyway. It would help the rest of the stadium and other teams create better atmosphere though.Burytilidie wrote:I'd love to be a Leeds fan your away support is immense oh thought i would also tell you that the safe standing petition is going to parliament again on the 21st this month.

It is good but it's a shame that we only have Watford and the London teams that are proper piss easy to get to in this league. It takes like an hour minimum for any game unless it's MK Dons or Northampton I think. It's better than this family who travel to every game home and away from Southampton!Uncle John from Jamaica wrote:To be fair the County Ground isn't bad from what I've heard/read/seen, but still £25 for League 2 is quite expensive. Brighton only cost me £24 for a brand spanking new stadium!
Coolhead - Ouch that's a twat, you live in a good place for getting to away games don't you? Quite centralised? Like people in Brighton were stunned that we'd travelled all the way from Leeds just for a game, but breaking the journey into 2 stages (and having 7 bottles of beer on the long leg ) made it bearable.
Although, suppose it was 32 stages due to that bridge collapse. Did it affect you or were you driving down?
