Dawson isn't even in the squad, so why some of you have picked him/mentioned him confuses me. 
A part of me is happy that only one player was selected (well until we signed Parker on Wednesday) so that limits the injuries. Just hope Defoe doesn't get injured like he did this time a year ago.

Accidentally got those two the wrong way round.
Young is good at playing in the hole anyway.

Spain play Villa on the left where he can cut inside so if Llorente is up to standard then he will play anyway. The Kalou and Drogba situation is different since Kalou can play as either a striker or a winger so maybe there is a way to fit them both in if need be. There are always different circumstances for players in international matches. I was just saying that as things stand Rooneys form should keep Carroll on the bench as I see no problem with Rooney bagging in the goals, upfront, alone.
