Chose Gerrard over Lampard because I think he offers more. Rooney behind the main striker seeing as he his much better in that role. Bent probably best out and out striker we have. Cahill over Ferdinand because he has been ace this season and more reliable fitness wise. Not much between Hart, Foster and Green so chose Hart because he plays for the biggest club.

Wilshere to take Gerrards place if Gerrard doesn't perform.

I don't think Kelly deserves a chance yet. I think if Liverpool had a good left back then Johnson would of been playing right back ahead of Kelly.

Personally I wouldn't like to see Arteta in the team, he is Spanish. Also he isn't a holding mid so with him instead of Parker we'd be wide open at the back.

Arteta is injured atm and before his injury he probably shouldn't have even been making Everton's starting XI, let alone England's. Baines deserves a shout though I reckon, he's been way better than Cole this season

Rooney has not done nothing that special this season to get into the england squad for me ok the bicycle kick was class but nothing else. Fabio said he woukd pick players on form don't see Rooney on form?

Yeahh your probably right on that one. Also Parker probably is the better option, he's quality. Just put Arteta there to see people opinions on him

He has played much better though when playing with Hernandez who makes all the runs. Rooney last season was special and he'll probably never repeat that again.
