I think the best fans I've personally seen in recent seasons were Boro. Came both times with good numbers and were loud throughout, not easy on a New Years day hangover. Worst I think were Coventry, for a Saturday game there were hardly any of them and they were quiet.

Our own.
A lot of them get pissed off if we try to sing and get behind the team.

Best: By far Southend, already relegated, but brought down loads of fans (including two people dressed as Spongebob and Patrick the first time) and were really noisy.
Worst: Probably Millwall, just a bunch of thugs, not interested in the football at all.

Betis fans are awesome, remember I was at the Camp Nou last time they were there and they were brilliant. Small pocket of them right on top tier.

I can't really tell from the Kop but I think Hull, Middlesborough and Norwich were good and Cardiff were loud considering they only had the cheese wedge.
I'd be better at judging teams who are at home.

Southend were silent when they came to us. After Lambert scored his 3rd they'd all left
You lot were probably one of the best with Leeds.

Best-St Mirren: Even though we still considerably outsung them, the fans from our arch rivals will always help generate a lot of creative banter and a good atmosphere.
Worst-Livingston: Hardly make any noise and their fans on the P & B are just generally a bunch of plastic numpties.

Best - Walsall, one video they did at our ground has 100k views on youtube apparently
Worst - Probably Leigh RMI in the conference, brought 8 fans.
EDIT: It has 180k views

Best Accrington (Low numbers but the noise they made 3-0 down was class)
Worst Shrewsbury (Brought big numbers in the playoffs made no noise and was the same for last season).

Both of their fans are often quite busy though.

I suppose it's difficult for the football team to compete when most of the town seems to be more concerned with RugbyBurytilidie wrote:Wigan Warriors bring ridiculous numbers away.

How often do you go the match Dan?

Not got a chance in hell this year. Can't afford it. Pre-Uni 10-15 times a season I'd say. Last year I only made it up 3 times, had a couple of away trips though when my mate was working though. But now he can't afford to get tickets, so no chance I can blag his anymore..

Portsmouth and Southampton both the worst.
Were losing 3-0 and 5-0 and started chanting for Watford and booing their teams.
Best......West Brom, and I've seen them at QPR too and they were even better there.

Yes Stoke are one although they've not been as loud as the season they came up when coming to Anfield.
