I sincerely fucking doubt that. You'd be surprised how little your wage bill goes down when you get rid of high earning players, in the year we sold Ronaldo and Tevez walked our wage bill actually went up due to new signings, and other players renegotiating contracts. You've not made many high profile signings or contract renewals in the last year, Wilshere is the only major one as far as I can remember, but it wouldn't surprise me if all the little ones offset the money saved on Nasri, Clichy and Fabregas' wages.

A) Good chance of winning trophies, a club with ambition and top wages, Premier League contenders.
