No, he's the same as he was a few months ago. Just some of you were blinded fucks.

A few had sense and could see it - Fonseca, Filippo and Ricardo at the least.

I wasn't blind last season I just waited for the transfer window before I made a comment about him and now that the transfer window has nearly ended I want him gone.

I still do think he is the best man for the job, however right now he ruining the club with his lack of wanting to invest in players of proven quality. I am not saying anything different than I have said all along. I am still a fan of Wenger, but as with everything I put the club before anyone person or player. Do I want to see us succeed with him? Yes, but I could also see us succeeding without him just as easily.

What was said months ago was just that, months ago. This is now and things change, although some of you on this board have a hard time letting go of things.

I don't know really, the man has done so much for the club but I do feel somewhat at the moment he's taken it as far as he can and perhaps should of taken that PSG offer in the Summer.

We'll see, theres also the problem of who would replace him aswell and take on the role of effectively running everything at the club which our wank board.

Whoever is the next manager shouldn't be given the reponsibility Wenger has. That's one thing I do agree with Arise on, he has far too much power at the club and it's a big part of the reason things started to go wrong.

Probably Kroenke taking charge of the situation as he apparently did with the Cesc deal aswell. Keeping Nasri would be unacceptable financial hit to him Neutral . I don't know really, the club seems to be run pretty poorly on the football side at the moment. It's all about balancing the books rather than footballing success.

I don't know how much of an effect changing manager would have on this. If Wenger has this alleged transfer warchest and isn't using it and we drop out of the four that would probably be the end of him. His management credentials are obviously decent but I think he needs someone at the club to force his hand to spend,a David Dein figure if you will.

I'll support him but he no longer has that air of invincibility he's had for the last couple of unsuccessful years to me anyway.

We may need to look at getting rid of the board completely and then reassessing the situations because our board is clearly okay with letting him run things without question and they are stuck in the old ways of doing things. The don't appear to want to reduce his control and if the rumors are true about Wenger wanting to break the wage structure to lure stars to Arsenal, it looks like he was thwarted once again by our fucked up board.

People are blaming Wenger about the lack if spending when it could just easily be the board not wanting to raise the salary cap, it's easy getting youngsters because their wages are so small but the big players can't be attracted because the board might be as stingy as shit.

Or it was when we had Cesc, Nasri, Clichy and Eboue.

We don't know what's up with the board and what's going through Wenger mind, I just hope he'll make the signings soon.

Doesn't help when Denilson is sat on around 30k and all your youngsters get higher wages than at most clubs.

Senility affects short term memory. long term memory becomes more and more "present".

Its 7'th now I think. We can afford to pay our players more but like I said before we're a greedy club and we underpay most of our players compared to other teams.

Nope, confident we'll win or at least get a draw.

People making it out as if we're having a huge crisis, we do have some problems mainly due to Wengers inability in the market that will hopefully have changed this week, and injuries/suspensions. Still very capable players with great mental strenght ( Official Arsenal FC Thread - Page 31 784961 ) on the pitch today.
