Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
Would be class if Aurelio could have a fully fit season. Not saying play every game, but around 20 games would be a nice return and a good way for him to end his career with us on.

Wilson could do with some playing time. From what I saw of him at Rangers, he has all the attributes to be a top CB for you, but he might as well have not been alive last season. He got almost no playing time.

Roy wasn't impressed with him an demoted him to his 'B side' after the Northampton defeat. When Kenny came in he gave him about six or seven games when we were short in defence. Though with Flanno and Robinson starting well he sort of hit the back burner a bit. Definitely needs to be loaned out for regular football this season.

I don't think he ever got a proper chance to impress when Hodgson was manager. It was very harsh to simply judge him based on one poor match, where the rest of the team was equally as bad.

Says it all when Hodgson rated Eccleston higher than Pacheco.

Pacheco, Wilson, Shelvey : I hope they go out on loan.
Eccleston : If he is still here, I hope he goes out on loan again too.

He's been ripping it up in the reserves. Think he got a hattrick the other week. Still having said that I still don't think he will make it here and should be sold. Morgan seems a better prospect anyway.

I hope Morgan doesn't turn out like the next Neil Mellor.

Or Craig Lindfield
Confident that Kenny will get the best out of Morgan though. He's done wonders for Flanno and Spearing looked finished here before he came in.

Swansea City targeting Liverpool defender Daniel Ayala
Swansea City are hoping to scupper Hull City's plans of signing Liverpool defender Daniel Ayala, BBC Wales Sport understands.
Liverpool accepted Hull's bid for Ayala on Saturday, paving the way for the 20-year-old to discuss personal terms with the Championship club.
But Swansea are planning their own bid for the Spaniard, who has made five appearances for Liverpool.
Ayala impressed during a 12-game loan spell at Hull last season.
He ended the season on loan at Derby County, and played in the 2-1 home win over Swansea in March.
Liverpool signed Ayala from Seville in 2007 but the Spain Under-21 international has failed to establish himself in the first team at Anfield.
Swansea are keen to increase their defensive options as they prepare for their debut season in the Premier League.
The Swans have already signed Stephen Caulker on a season-long loan from Tottenham Hotspur, but doubts over Garry Monk's fitness have prompted manager Brendan Rodgers to seek another centre-back.

Now the Daily Star saying we have agreed fee for Enrique. £5.5 million.

The fee's not the problem. Apparently Enrique is asking for to much in wages.
