I agree. More players should take a note out of Pepe's book.

Don't worry Jebediah. Pipita reacts to any criticism of any Real Madrid player with similar fits of rage and verbal diarrhea. It's nothing personal.

The crime thing is silly though I reckon. Do you remember that guy who got charged for something as he chased after a couple of people who robbed his house and gave one of them brain damage or something along those lines? It is wrong to attack someone like that but the robbers shouldn't of been doing such a thing in the first place. I'm not sure but I think the man hid while the robbers threatened his wife.
I just ignore beggars but I rarely see them where I live. It shouldn't really affect you in such a way that you give in to the beggars. I'm not religious but the Biblical quote "an eye for an eye" is true to an extent in my opinion. If someone punched you are you saying that you wouldn't punch them back?
Yeah, they shouldn't be doing something like that in the first place, it doesn't mean you should mitigate the punishment though. If some fucking vagrant is begging me for money, it's irritating, but if I kill him it's still murder, and I should still get life in hail for it. Likewise that Tony Martin character, who chased after a robber and shot him dead, he should have gone down for murder.
If it's something that causes a loss of control, like seeing someone smash your wife (physically, not sexually) then that's something that's taken into account in sentencing admittedly, but you can't do something like that over someone going down easily.

Yeah I totally agree. That Tony Martin person wasn't who I meant but I saw a programme the other week about him and what he did so that is a good replacement. I'm not sure about the one I was on about as I didn't read/watch it with my own eyes but someone was talking about it a couple of years back and I can't remember the exact details.ResurrectionRooney wrote:coolhead33 wrote:Oh I never knew that.

The player Pepe kicked is/was probably more irritating than a beggar but it still doesn't mean that Pepe should of kicked him. I would of though to release the anger inside me.

Typical Gerrard there, punching a guy when he's on his own then hiding behind his mates. The 'Fergie Association' didn't even ban him for that, despite banning Scholes and Rooney for 3 games 12 months previous for a red card in the Netherlands.

I've still no idea how that was a 10 game ban when Ramos got a 1 game ban.

I noticed that too. I think hands to the face is the universal diver reflex: whether they are hurt or not, hands to the face. You could snap a diver's leg in half and he'll still go to the face first. Let's see what Rivaldo thinks:
