Only racist chants should be banned, but it's very rare you hear them in this country.

I wouldn't say offensive ones such as Munich/Hillsbrough/Istanbul towards Man Utd, Liverpool and Leeds should be banned though. Only get a few cunts that sing them, and when someone tries to get one going you usually find that supporters around them will tell them to stop it and have a go them. Some chav infront of me at Leeds started chanting about Istanbul and some old man next to him gave him a right earful

Don't the club have tannoys. Also it is in the match day program. Plus can't they notice the players around the center circle, heads bowed. Also the crowd silent.
