And I guess, but Ecuador was a part of the Incan Empire, which had it's central capital in Cusco and actually arose in the Peruvian highlands. So to answer your question, I wouldn't say Ecuador is as Incan as Peru(not gonna bother with the accent mark). Ecuador became part of the Incan Empire because they expanded. Would you consider India as Anglo as England because of expansion?

Oh dear, don't even compare, Subcontinentals are an entirely different race to the English, the indigenous people of Perú and Ecuador were very similar at the time.

Maybe not as Incan, but we are still Incan, and I say that proudly.
